Start with the actual submission rule
Confirm the intake, deadline, time zone and whether all documents must arrive together. Note whether the university and scholarship use separate systems. A deadline for a later score supplement is not automatically the deadline for the original application.
Place dependencies before dates
A transcript may need to be requested before it can be translated. An exam result must be available before it can be submitted. Build the schedule using the actual lead times given by each provider, leaving room for corrections. Do not assume a universal number of weeks for HSK results or document processing.
Review the plan as requirements change
Keep the source link and check date next to every requirement. When the next intake opens, compare its notice with your saved plan and update the changed items. A preparation checklist organises your work; completing it does not confirm admission or funding eligibility.
