For the programme, record the degree, teaching language, academic background, language evidence and any additional assessment. For the funding route, record eligibility, application authority, documents and deadline. Check that both refer to the same intake and study category.
Resolve differences with the relevant office
A general funding notice may be less specific than a programme page. Do not assume that meeting the funding threshold meets every department requirement. Ask the university about programme admission and the funding body about scholarship eligibility, keeping their written answers with the relevant year.
Turn confirmed requirements into actions
