Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and The Cogitolab Technology Limited, which develops and operates HSK Ready. They govern your use of the HSK Ready app, website, learning content, accounts, and subscription features.

Using HSK Ready

You may use HSK Ready for personal learning and exam preparation. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and using the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or copy and redistribute protected learning content.

Learning guidance

HSK Ready provides study and practice tools. Results, readiness indicators, and mock exams are educational guidance and do not guarantee an official HSK score, certification, or admission outcome.

Third-party content and licenses

Some English dictionary definitions and related linguistic data are adapted from the community-maintained CC-CEDICT, published by MDBG and incorporating the earlier CEDICT work by Paul Andrew Denisowski. CC-CEDICT is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. HSK Ready selects, modifies, simplifies, and formats this material for learning use. The CC-CEDICT-derived dictionary material presented through HSK Ready is available under the same license. This notice applies only to that dictionary material, not to the HSK Ready software, interface, original exercises, or other independently created content. Use of CC-CEDICT does not imply endorsement of HSK Ready by its contributors or publisher.

Accounts

Some features may be available before permanent sign-in. Features such as full mock-exam access, synchronized progress, purchases, and restore may require an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, duration, renewal terms, trial or introductory offer, and cancellation controls shown by the store apply to your purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in the store account used to subscribe.

Deleting an HSK Ready account does not cancel store billing. Restore Purchase checks the applicable store for an eligible purchase and does not create a new charge.

Availability and changes

We work to keep HSK Ready reliable but may change, suspend, or retire features for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or product reasons. We may update learning content as standards and the product evolve.

Account deletion

Account deletion is permanent after successful confirmation. Deleted learning progress and exam history cannot be restored. Review the account deletion page before proceeding.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HSK Ready is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continuing to use the service after an applicable update means the new terms govern future use.
