Delete your HSK Ready account

This permanently removes your learner profile, progress, exam history, vocabulary state, and account recordings.

Your store subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel billing through Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your store account if you no longer want it.

Delete with Google or in the app

Google users can verify on this page. Apple users can delete from Account Security inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, email contact@cogitolab.co from the email associated with your account. Never send us your password or verification code.
